Chiropractic is a health care profession that diagnoses, treats and helps prevent disorders and conditions related to the spine, nervous system and musculoskeletal system.

Chiropractic provides conservative management of disorders including, but not limited to back, neck and head pain. Work accidents, sports injuries, stress, even everyday activity can cause spinal injury, dysfunction or misalignment. Chiropractors diagnose these problems and then work with patients to address and resolve the problems causing pain, discomfort, and/or restricted range of motion.

I have been a registered massage therapist since 2019, starting my career in Southern Ontario. I got my education from two colleges with very different approaches to the practice of massage therapy. My practice focuses on perinatal care and pelvic health but I still enjoy treating a wide variety of conditions. I use various techniques including stretching, passive movements, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations during my treatments. I am now offering cupping treatments for those that would like and benefit from this modality. I’ve also been known to be a “jack of all trades” when it comes to my practice as I prefer to tailor my client’s treatments to their individual goals.
